Shipping Policy
1. How can I get free shipping?
Simply, you can get free shipping when you purchase products of AED499 or more (or the equivalent in your country’s currency), and you will get full free shipping on your shipment, whether your shipment is in the warehouses of shipping companies located in the Arab Gulf countries, Egypt or other countries around the world.
AVOARA Store offers the following shipping options, which may vary depending on the item –
Regular shipping of products available in the warehouses of local shipping companies within the Arab Gulf countries and Egypt: It is expected that the products will be delivered to you within approximately 5-7 working days, which is the normal shipping method at AVOARA and does not require additional fees and without conditions.
Express shipping for products available in the warehouses of local shipping companies within the Arab Gulf countries and Egypt: It is expected that the products will be delivered to you within approximately 1 working day, which is the express shipping method in AVOARA and may require additional fees.
Regular shipping of products available in the warehouses of shipping companies located outside the Arab Gulf countries and Egypt: It is expected that the products will be delivered to you within approximately 15-20 working days from the date of delivery of the items to the shipping company, which is the normal shipping method in AVOARA and does not require additional fees and without conditions.
Express shipping for products available in shipping companies’ warehouses located outside the Arab Gulf countries and Egypt: It is expected that the products will be delivered to you within approximately 7-10 working days from the date of delivery of the items to the shipping company, which is the express shipping method in AVOARA and may require additional fees.
Please Note:
· Business days typically do not include weekends, but Saturday deliveries may occur in certain geographic locations.
· Express shipping charges are calculated on a per-order basis, including shipping, order processing, item selection, and packaging. Express shipping will only be applied if the customer chooses to use the Express shipping method.
· The customer will be responsible for paying any customs duties and/or local taxes/VAT.
2. If my shipments are less than AED499 or its equivalent in the currency of your country?
There will be shipping charges based on the total value of your bill as follows:
If your purchases are less than AED499 (or the equivalent in your country’s currency), there will be a shipping and delivery fee of AED37 (or the equivalent in your country’s currency) added to the total bill and this is considered a normal shipping fee (above you will find the delivery period for standard shipping).
And for express shipping for international and local shipments, there will be an additional fee for the shipment (above you will find the delivery time for express shipping).
For shipping international and local products, AVOARA uses highly efficient shipping companies such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, SMSA and other shipping companies.
In the event of a delay in shipping the product through any shipping company, the customer can communicate directly with the customer care department at AVOARA store and the customer care department will handle the shipment delay with the shipping company on behalf of the customer.

3. What if I received an incomplete or wrong shipment?
We will apologize to you first, please contact the customer care department directly by mail hello@avoara.com or via the direct WhatsApp number on AVOARA store.
Write down what happened to you in detail, and photos must be added with the request, we will study the request within approximately 48 hours and provide the best and fastest possible solution to correct the situation.
4. What if I do not receive my paid shipment?
In the event that you do not receive the shipment due to a reason beyond your control or any other reason such as travel, the shipping service provider will return your shipment to the shipping warehouses and we will store it for 7 days. If you do not receive your shipment after 7 days, there will be an additional shipping fees of AED56 to be paid in advance or its equivalent in the currency of your country to ship the shipment to you again.
