At AVOARA, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide an exceptional shopping experience. You may return or exchange products subject to the following conditions:
1. Defects: Returns are accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect or malfunction.
2. Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, do not open or use it. We cannot accept returns or provide the correct replacement if the original packaging has been opened, damaged, or the item has been used.
3. Processing Time: The refund process at AVOARA takes approximately 15 to 21 business days from the date the item arrives at our warehouse.
4. Refund Method: For electronic payments, funds will be returned to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times for the refund also take approximately 15 to 21 business days.
5. Inspection: Refunds are issued to your store credit, credit card, or bank account only after we have inspected the returned items to ensure they meet our standards.
6. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns, exchanges, or failure to receive the delivery, unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
7. Customs: Please note that any applicable customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Return Window: Return requests must be made within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the order.
9. Hygiene & Safety: To ensure the highest health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for Personal Care Items or devices that come into direct contact with the skin if the original packaging has been opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
10. Discounted Items: Items purchased using a discount coupon are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
