WARRANTY POLICY
General Provisions Of The Warranty –
1- All our Avoara electronic products are guaranteed for 2 years (Manufacturer’s Warranty).
2- The warranty services we provide depend on the availability of spare parts, duration of repair and/or quality of repair.
3- To benefit from the warranty services, please ensure that the original invoice of the product is available in order to verify the serial number and the validity of the warranty period (Bring the warranty card for the device if available).
4- A delivery representative will be sent to receive the product from the customer’s registered address, then the product will be sent to Avoara Customers Care Centre. Please note that the inspection and repair period may take approximately 15 working days from the date of receiving the product in our warehouse.
5- n some cases, the customer can obtain a replacement product directly using the manufacturer’s warranty.
6- We apply the policy of some service centres that may ask you to pay a sum of money for products that are classified as out of warranty and you have refused the repair price.
7- The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, liquid spillage, or other external causes.
8- The customer must make sure that the product is packed in the original carton or is packed properly to avoid any damages during the shipping process to Avoara’s Customers Care Centre. We will not bear responsibility if the product is broken or damaged in this case, and the product will be returned to the customer without maintenance.
Receipt & Delivery Policy –
1- Delivery of the product from the customer’s registered address to Avoara’s Customers Care Centre requires approximately four to seven business days and will not count towards the repair period for the product.
2- This warranty applies only to products that you purchase within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, or one of the Arab Gulf countries and Egypt. Replaced or repaired products or parts will only be shipped to addresses located within the Arab Gulf countries and Egypt, and amounts paid will only be refunded to bank accounts located within the Arab Gulf countries and Egypt only.
3- If the customer refuses to receive the product after completing the warranty request processing, the product will be stored in our warehouse for a maximum period of seven (7) days, and the customer will not have the right to request the return of the product after the expiry of this period.
4- Please always keep the original product box to ensure obtaining warranty service in accordance with the terms and conditions of some maintenance centres.
