Refund and Returns Policy

We are interested in satisfying our customers and providing a distinguished online shopping experience, so all products purchased from our store can be returned and refunded according to the following conditions –

1. The existence of a manufacturing defect in the product.

2. In the event that you received the wrong product, you do not have the right to open it or use it, you do not have the right to open it or use it, and if it was opened or used, or the product packaging was damaged, we have the right not to return the product and replace it with the correct product that you requested.

3. The process of returning the amount by AVOARA store takes 15 to 21 working days from the date the product arrives at our warehouse.

6. The amount will be credited back to the customer’s credit card or bank account, after we have checked the products.

7. In the event that the customer wants to return the product, the shipping fees are deducted from the total value of the product paid by the customer to AVOARA store.

8. The customer bears all shipping costs at the beginning of the order and upon return, replacement, or delay in receiving the order in all cases, except if the product has a manufacturing defect.

9. Shipping and handling fees paid by the customer upon ordering will not be refunded.

10. The customer has the right to exchange the product within one day only from the date of receipt of the order.

11. The customer has the right to return the product within one day only from the date of the request.

12. Any discounted products cannot be exchanged or returned using a discount coupon for any reason unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product.

13. In the case of clothing and fashion orders, the original labels and tags of the product must be present along with the original packaging.
